Late Arrivals and Cancellations:

If you happen to arrive a bit late, please understand that we will make every effort to accommodate your service, but it may need to be rescheduled or shortened if necessary. To assist us in managing our schedule effectively, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in case you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to potentially accommodate other guests.

Comprehensive Consultations:

At Werks Salon, we prioritize the consultation phase as the cornerstone of your salon experience. We take the time to carefully listen to your expectations and desires. During this discussion, we encourage you to communicate any concerns, allergies, or medical conditions you may have, ensuring your safety and satisfaction. Our service providers will also provide product recommendations and discuss the maintenance required. Prior to performing any service, our stylists will explain the process and the products they will use. For services involving color changes or corrections, please be aware that multiple visits may be necessary.

Cell Phone and Electronic Device Etiquette:

To create a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly request that you silence or set your phone to vibrate mode while in the salon. This will ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the calming experience we aim to provide with the Aveda experience.

Payment Options and Lost Items:

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, Personal Checks, and Cash. Please note that a $25 fee will be applied to returned checks for non-sufficient funds. Werks Salon cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items or belongings left behind.
